PRIVATE CLIENT SECRETARY

WARMINSTER

SALARY NEGOTIABLE DEPENDANT ON EXPERIENCE


An excellent opportunity to become part of a well-respected law firm as a Private Client Secretary (Previous private client experience required), contributing support to the private client department.

This longstanding firm provides top-tier legal services to businesses and individuals and maintains a strong presence with multiple offices throughout the Southwest.


They are seeking an individual with a proven track record in private client administration, excellent typing/audio skills, and the ability to maintain a positive and client-focused approach.


Responsibilities (not exhaustive):

  • Assist in managing and organising client files and documentation.
  • Efficiently handle audio transcription and typing tasks.
  • Act as a liaison between clients and the Private Client Department.
  • Maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive client information.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the department.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
£21,000.00-£25,000.00 per year


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Experience:

Private Client: 1 year (preferred)

  • Secretary: 1 year (preferred)
