Description

With 10 years' experience providing quality vehicles for disability, education and industrial utility, together with an unmatched customer support to our clients' which puts us first in our class.

We are seeking to expand our team with two additional rentaladvisers.

The senior role will suit someone who has previous rental hire experience and the trainee rental hire co-ordinator role will suit someone with previous administrative and customer service experience.

The role of Vehicle Rental Co-ordinator:

  • To be involved in all aspects of hire and rental of vehicles
  • Provide front line customer service for customers bookings
  • Plan routes for delivery and collection of vehicles
  • Liaise with external providers to ensure vehicle repairs are undertaken and replacement parts supplied and costs recharged to clients
  • Accurately record data on our database system
The Vehicle Rental Co-ordinator will: For the senior role you will have experience in vehicle rental or transport planning for vehicles

  • Excellent communication skills and customer service experience
  • Prior experience in customer management and ideally engineer allocation
  • Excellent administrative and organisational skills
  • You will be outgoing, friendly, hardworking and join a team of eight in an open plan office.
Training

Systems training and on the job coaching provided.
However, customer service experience essential.
