Paralegal - Private Client - Brand New Role
TSR Legal are proud to be working with one of the largest Estate Planning companies in the UK.

This firm has grown considerably from humble beginnings with over 100 staff employed across multiple offices across England & Wales along with a healthy networkof 175 self-employed Consultants.

There is now a brand-new opportunity for a Paralegal with Private Client experience to join their team on a hybrid basis in Shrewsbury.

Applications are encouraged from those who possess knowledge of Wills, LPA documents and an understanding of Trust work.

Daily you will be accountable for:

Transferring data from the CRM to Will Writing Software
drafting legal documentation, to be presented through the CRM to a Solicitor for sign-off
Advise clients on purchased products
Advise sales on uploaded products
Maintain communication with clients
Manage client expectations
Communicate with outside agencies (OPG, LR)
Meet KPIs provided by the Head of Department
Communicate potential areas of difficulty with Customer Services
Monitor and evaluate processes on regular intervals
Monitor Consultants' compliance for Orders (CSA Attendance Notes, etc.)
Complete cases in a timely manner

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Graduatelevel, advanced IT skills, relevant experience
