If you are looking for career development in the world of Quality Improvement, this role is for you You will have the opportunity to further develop your skills and knowledge in QI methodology whilst supporting a Clinical Division and working closely with clinical teams and other staff groups across our Trust.

You will be part of the wider Quality Improvement Team which includes Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust and you will be a key part in contributing to the delivery of the Trust's joint QI Strategy.


This role offers a variety of opportunities including advising and assisting teams with the design and planning of quality improvement projects, coaching teams and measuring their successes, together with promoting the QSIR (Quality, Service Improvement and Redesign) methodology and supporting the development of a QI culture across the organisation.


You will be part of delivering QSIR training, the development and facilitation of Divisional and Directorate Away Days and other events, alongside supporting the implementation of QI methodologies within teams and as part of Trust-wide initiatives.
