Responsibilities of the Job:


Deliveries
Accepting deliveries

Checking deliveries against delivery note and highlighting any discrepancies or damage

Putting away deliveries

Handing paperwork into main office


Stock
Keeping stock sheets up to date

Making up engineers' stock orders ready for collection/delivery

Organising store and stock

Knowing minimum stock levels & when to re-order

Putting in supplier stock orders to Office

Carry out weekly, monthly & annual stock checks

Emptying, refilling and cleaning extinguishers

Delivering stock to engineers as required.


Unit
Keeping the unit clean and tidy at all times

Sweeping the unit and getting rid of any rubbish

Checking the outside area is kept clean and tidy


Waste Disposal
Disposing of appropriate items in recycling/general waste skips


General Maintenance
As required


Job Types:
Part-time, Permanent

Part-time hours: 16-24 per week


Salary:
£7.49-£10.42 per hour
