Reservation Agent to join our team at Chateau Denmark, a Luxury boutique hotel in central London.

As a
Reservation Agent you will be reporting directly to the Revenue & Reservation Manager and work within the Reservation Team overloking room reservations for Chateau Denmark and Events booking.

As a highly valued team member you'll be a key part of the guest experience, helping define and articulate it from arrival to departure.

Profile:

Relevant experience in a 5 star property.
Organized and proactive with an exceptional attention to detail.
Passionate for creating exceptional guest experience.
Knowledge of Mews and Office (desirable).
Understanding of the Luxury Hospitality Standards.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Managing group reservations as per company's guidelines.
Ensuring reservations are taken accurately with high level of details.
Daily arrivals and reconfirming reservations.
Maximising room revenue sales according to the company strategy.
Managing guaranteed bookings, no show and late cancellation charges where applicable.
Identify sales leads and an understanding of selling trends in the market.
Maintain daily effective communications with other departments to ensure all requirements are dealt with efficiently.
