Working Hours:
Monday - Friday. 40 hours per week.

  • Demonstrate excellent customer service and sales skills, placing the company at the heart of every interaction.
  • Efficiently handle telephone inquiries, demonstrating professionalism and a customercentric approach.
  • Thrive on making the business easy to work with for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Embrace challenges and proactively contribute to achieving business objectives.
  • Cultivate and nurture client relationships to drive business growth.
  • Exhibit a passion for customercentric roles and maintain a targetdriven mindset.
  • Display outstanding communication skills, over the telephone.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a high standard of performance.

Requirements:


  • Previous experience in a client support or sales role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Comfortable dealing with customers over the telephone.
  • Adaptable and effective in a fastpaced work environment.
  • A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.
  • SAP advantageous.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
Up to £23,795.20 per year
