You will need excellent communicationskills both verbally and written with a charismatic personality. Absolute discretion is vital due to the level of confidential information you have access to.

Main duties

  • Effective diary management in order to maximise the use of the Chairman's time, including international travel bookings and complex itineraries
  • Provide expert administrative support through the production of correspondence, communications, reports, meeting agendas, actions and other ad hoc documents
  • Arrange meetings, events, and strategic reviews
  • Manage corporate hospitality, including the Royal Albert Hall and Wembley Stadium boxes
  • Organise the long service lunches at The Ritz each Christmas
  • Reconcile credit card statements and process leave, absences and expenses for Chairman's direct reports
  • Support the marketing and PR teams with creating and promotingPR material, blogs, social media content and media coverage
  • Writing, editing and posting articles for Internal News and Chairman's blogs
  • Ownership of the company environmental policy and taking the lead on this.
  • Get involved in a variety of other projects at a group level

  • You must have excellent communication skills and the professionalism necessary for liaising with Directors and other senior stakeholders on a daily basis
  • You must have excellent MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with good GSuite and Apple skills (or the ability to adapt to these new systems quickly)
