Description
We have an exciting opportunity to be part of a motivated, energetic team driving a European retail business forwards. The role is a brand-new position created to support the department with the exciting growth plans ahead.

This position will drive their dataanalysis and reporting forwards to deliver insights that they can then act upon to deliver further growth & efficiencies.

Additionally you would be involved in software testing, and making solid use of their ERP system.


Key duties are:


  • Development and running of variety of reports
  • Daily Sales
  • DC Throughputs
  • DC performance
  • Daily service levels
  • On Time
  • Stock Shorts
  • Order Cuts
  • Order intake
  • Untouched Orders or how we get orders in
  • Productivity reporting (DCs and CS)
  • Month End reporting suite
  • Spend analysis e.g. consumables
  • Data analysis on DC efficiency
  • Look for trends on the above to help inform potential continuous improvements
  • System testing as/when required both ERP and B2B
  • Own B2B system in terms of chasing issues, coordinating improvements
  • Support budgeting processes
  • Investigations in adhoc issues
  • Date mapping project
  • Untouched orders project


The role is hybrid based with 50% of the time at needed in the office, which due to its rural location would in most scenarios require you to drive.
