Recruitment
- Supports line management in the Cluster Workforce planning
- Coordinates recruitment process in accordance with Sibelco Group Recruitment policies for all nonmanagerial roles for the cluster
- Coordinate with Manager HR Country for recruitment of managerial roles in Cluster
- Ensure accurate and timely registration of new hires in Workday
- Ensure accurate and timely communication and confirmation of new hire to the Specialist Payroll or Manager Finance & HR Country for payroll setup and implementation
- Organize and execute onboarding for all new employees and contingent workers starting within the Cluster
- Ensure orientation and induction plan is in place and communicated to all new employees and their line manager
- At the end of employment, organize exit interview and proper offboarding in all systems
- Manage the relationships with the employment agencies providing temporary resources within the cluster
- Provide guidance to the line managers to ensure the correct process is followed when a need for Contingent worker is identified
- Manager registration of the Contingent Worker in Workday as well as onandoff boarding for this worker group
- Ensure time & attendance and leave & absence tracking in the cluster is done in accordance with the country policies and procedures
- Monitor adherence of workforce on the T&A and L&A policies and procedure, escalate issues to the line manager or to Director HR Subregion when required
- Manage T&A and L&A reporting to country, subregion and global level
- Organize exit interview with the appropriate person as per Sibelco termination process
- Ensure proper and timely instructions are given to the Payroll specialist or Manager Finance & HR Country to ensure closing of payroll is accurately executed
- Supports Line Managers in the cluster in employee performance management actions, facilitating continuous performance dialogues
- Assists in career development issues, discussing career paths with line managers
- Organize and deliver trainings
- Act as primary contact for the workers in the cluster on HR related matters
- Investigates and resolves daytoday employee relations problems, either directly or through advice to line management
- Act as primary contact for the people managers in the cluster on HR related matters, provide guidance to the appropriate policies, procedures or HR colleagues.
Salary:
£40,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Experience:
Human Resources: 3 years (required)
