- You will require a sound theoretical knowledge of the work and an ability to conduct cases including complex cases from beginning to end.
- Applications are sought form Personal Injury Solicitors, Legal Executives with a minimum of 8 Years PQE experience in contentious multi track case handling including advocacy and litigation experience.
- You will have experience of successfully mentoring, developing and supervising individuals within PI litigation.
- This role requires excellent prioritisation skills and meticulous attention to detail to enable the postholder to construct clear and effective arguments.
