Concept Resources are proud to be working with a successful design and manufacturing firm based in Leicester LE3 who are looking for a Sales Operative/Accounts Manager to join their sales team.

This role is ideal for someone with previous Customer Service and Account Management experience, who is confident processing orders with attention to detail.


Job Duties:


  • Maintaining and developing client relationships in order to promote business
  • Liaising with each department to ensure smooth service
  • Being able to prioritise work load
  • Handling and presenting quotations
  • Processing of orders
  • Raising of job sheets
  • Admin duties handling data
  • Understanding of the business, its products and services available
Shop floor experience given for the first month to gain knowledge from each department


Person Specification:


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Strong Customer Service Skills
  • Methodical
  • Efficient and organised
  • Fun and friendly personality
  • Eager to learn and gain new knowledge and skills
  • Able to cope with pressure
  • Prioritise work load

Job Types:

Salary:
£23,000.00-£26,000.00 per year
