Programme - Small Animal Vet
We are looking to hire a New Graduate Vet at Stow Veterinary Surgeons. We are located in the beautiful Cotswold countryside with great rail links to London.
We have a 7 vet team and are based in an attractive purpose built practice.
We have great facilities including dental xray and laproscopy.
We do carry out our own OOHs at the practice, which is fantastic for following cases from start to finish.
We also support our local Blue Cross Centre, helping to carry out neutering, dentals etc, which is perfect way to gain more experience in these areas.
As well as enjoying our modern facilities, well equipped practice and a busy varied caseload, you will have access to a range of benefits and our tailor made New Graduate programme offering you the right support network in practice by ensuring you have an experienced clinical mentor working alongside you in your practice.
In addition, you will attend dedicated Continued Professional Development (CPD) days, supporting the development of your clinical skills and non-clinical skills, including self-leadership, teamwork, wellbeing, resilience and business, whilst also providing the opportunity for you to share experiences with fellow graduates.
These are just some of the benefits of the programme:
- Paid onboarding phase which includes a Residential. All UK travel, accommodation and subsistence costs for the Residential will be covered by CVS
- Salary of £35,000 (which should you remain permanently is increased at the end of year 1 and at the end of year 2)
- No financial tiein beyond completion of the programme.
