Duties and Responsibilities
Operations
- Delivering the daytoday work of the Operations Department in collaboration with the Education Consultant team.
- Be an expert in the key areas of business delivery.
- Make accurate assessments of students and recommend appropriate products to students and families.
- Promote and track positive student outcomes.
- Act as a key representative of the business to all students and families alike, building relationships and delivering great customer service.
- Contribute to key KPIs within the Operations Department.
- Support the delivery of strategic projects aimed at developing business opportunities with Libra Education.
- Liaise effectively with schools, and academic institutions with regards to students, ensuring a holistic approach to tutoring where possible.
- Ensure the delivery of education pathways by tutors and Education Consultants for our students.
- Carry out tutoring sessions with students as and when required.
- Effectively manage and mentor tutors as they carry out their duties providing support as required. Carry out periodic reviews of tutor effectiveness ensuring that quality standards are met, and that any issues are resolved satisfactorily.
- Maintain current systems and stay abreast of chances to improve our systems. Implement changes to systems with support.
Managerial
- Support and lead our team of Education Consultants as they deliver professional education advice to our clients. Be mindful of ensuring positive business outcomes for Libra Education in terms of both reputation and profitability.
- Support direct reports in working towards their development plan targets and goals.
- Build effective professional relationships internally within the business, as well as with commercial partners and external stakeholders.
Personal Development
- Maintain an open approach to the business and to various duties and responsibilities in general at all times. This role is likely to undergo development, and therefore the role holder will be expected to remain open to utilising a wide variety of skills and resources in order to develop as the business grows.
- Remain committed to selfimprovement by conducting selfappraisals after all relevant external meetings, and assess strengths and weaknesses and address these accordingly. Demonstrate a commitment to improvement by maintaining and developing skills in line with emerging organisational needs.

Salary:
£32,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
