Fixed term for 12 months with the potential to become permanent

Salary:
£34,053 - £35,764 per annum dependent on experience (moving to £37,473 after 12 months in the role)


Working Hours:35 Hours per week.


Working Pattern:
Monday-Friday/Hybrid

Our People Services Team look after the colleagues who look after our customers - and this is hopefully where you come in.

We currently have a vacancy in our People Advice Team for an Advisor with experience of complex, high volume Employee Relations casework.

The role is a 12 month FTC, but there is definite potential for it to become permanent.


We have a brilliantly flexible approach to work throughout Riverside and the Advice Team tend to head into the office once or twice a week, including Wednesdays.

(You are of course welcome to work from the office more if you'd like to.) New starters always describe the team as wonderfully supportive and friendly and we will do all we can to get you up and running and confident in the role.
