A leading, multi-national consumer business are seeking a Benefits Manager to join their growing Reward function in Watford (Hybrid Working)


About the role:

  • Lead all Benefit programs, ensuring business competitiveness
  • Lead benchmarking initiatives to ensure the business are competitive
  • Manage benefit renewal process
  • Advise senior stakeholders on best benefits and roll out within the business
  • Manage benefit providers
  • Support the wider Reward team

About you:

  • Prior benefits experience, ideally in an international business
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong project management experience
This role will pay between £60,000 - £70,000 depending on experience.
