The Role


Our fleet team work on behalf of our public sector customers to meet all their vehicle needs and requirements, from the acquisition of vehicles through to a full fleet managed service.

This role is pivotal in providing exceptional service to all of our partners, and supporting the team with the day-to-day management of the vehicles we are responsible for.

The right person for this role will be customer service driven, highly organised, and holds the necessary skills to effectively prioritise workload to ensure maximum efficiency for our partners and colleagues.


This is a key role within the Procurement Services fleet team, the role supports the team in completion of all Partner administration.

The role will involve daily contact with our partners in which you will provide an excellent and efficient service to ensure their satisfaction at all times.


Key Duties

  • Take ownership of queries, investigating and resolving these by liaising with our partners
  • Inputting accurate data to electronic systems including spreadsheets to ensure management information is up to date at all times
  • Follow all processes and procedures correctly to ensure we are providing our partners with an exceptional service
  • Prioritise and organise daily workloads to ensure that set deadlines are met for Fleet tasks
  • To have a good knowledge of the products and services we provide, offer help and advice to meet our customer's needs
  • Support the wider team and assist with the proactive promotion of Procurement Services to attribute to our annual sales and retention targets
