We're looking for
Bank Front of House Porters to join our Hotel Services team based in Birmingham, The Harborne Hospital.

Part of the World's largest private healthcare group; providing award winning primary, acute and complex care.


The Harborne Hospital - part of HCA Healthcare UK is a brand new £100million, purpose built 50 bed, multi-speciality private hospital opening in Birmingham in January 2024.

Located on the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham campus, the hospital will have the deep clinical infrastructure, equipment and facilities and expert, experienced teams to deliver full clinical pathways across a mix of specialties and sub-specialties at all levels of complexity including Cardiology, Cancer and Complex Surgery.

The Harborne Hospital is the 4th NHS partnership within this network, partnering with University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Trust.


As a Front of House Porter you'll be both professional and friendly - someone who's completely focused on customer service, with a can-do attitude.

What you'll do:
  • Be of assistance to all Patients as required.
  • Any other reasonable duties that may be required in Hospitals.
  • To remain updated on the Hospital's Policies and Procedures on Health & Safety, Fire and Evacuation Procedures
  • To perform any tasks specifically assigned to you
  • To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Supervisor or designee
  • Attend mandatory training on annual basis
