This role is working in a busy and fast-paced recruitment environment for 6 months (Fixed Term Contract), with responsibility for the day-to-day administrative duties.

You will work alongside the recruitment team to ensure all administrative duties are completed in a clear, methodical and timely manner with the ability to organise and prioritise a varied workload.


As a Recruitment Administrator you will be responsible for

  • Supporting our recruiters with adhoc admin
  • Preparing job descriptions & adverts
  • Creating job requistions on the applicant tracking system


  • Advertising roles

  • Internally & Externally
  • Monitoring the Recruitment Inbox

Your required Skills and Experience

  • Prior experience in an administrative or support role
  • Sound working knowledge of the complete Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and able to quickly build strong working relationships
  • Ability to organise your own workload, filing methods and work in a clear and logical manner
  • To meet deadlines without compromising on quality
  • Able to prioritise, multitask and an understanding of deadlines and working to achieve these
  • Capable of working on own initiative whilst working in a team environment.
  • Confident in asking questions, seeking and clarifying information and have an enthusiasm to learn new experiences and be supportive of and part of a hardworking team.
