Multi Trades Recruitment are looking for an Administrator to join a well-established team in Sale, Manchester.


About the role:


  • This role requires you to manage, monitor and control all aspects of operational performance.
  • Delivering excellence in terms of output from the Helpdesk Operations Team.
  • Dispatching jobs to engineers' PDA systems.
  • Booking in Reactive, Corrective, and Planned Maintenance works with subcontractors.
  • Chasing engineers and subcontractors to ensure work orders are completed.
  • Running reports on CAFM systems.
  • Carry out administration tasks, raising purchase orders, and work order management.
  • Accurate recordkeeping for maintenance and statutory maintenance.
  • Contribute to reducing levels of customer complaints.
  • 09:00am 17:00pm Mon Fri.
per hour.


About you:


  • Excellent communication, dealing with all levels of management, customers, and suppliers both internal and external.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Proficient in all MS Office programmes.
  • Experience in managing a workload via the CAFM system would be desirable.
  • Experience in Facilities Management.
  • Proficient use of IT, Microsoft Outlook, and Office.
