HR/payroll Coordinator - London, United Kingdom - The Legists
Description
The HR/payroll coordinator will be required to manage the payroll administration process, this will include collating information and producing monthly payroll reports for the managing partner.
You will also be responsible for all post offer recruitmentand induction administration, this will range from offer letter and contracts, DBS checks, references as well as overseeing the indication process.
A key aspect of the role will involve supervising the reception, post room and archiving teams.
Applicants will have gained previous experience working in a HR department of a law firm and will possess strong administrative and numeracy skills.
This opportunity may suit legal secretary or administratorwho is interested in an opportunity to move into a HR based role.
