This is an excellent opportunity to join a nationally renowned Engineering organisation based in Stevenage as an Administrator/ Receptionist on a permanent basis.


Client Details


The client are an established engineering business based in Stevenage who are responsible for a number of construction projects across the country.

Due to recent growth they are looking for an Administrator/ Receptionist to join their Commercial Supportteam based in Stevenage on a permanent basis.

They are looking for a sharp individual who has excellent attention to detail and communication skills.


Description
As an Administrator/ Receptionist your key responsibilities will be:

  • Monitor group inbox and allocate/ distribute tasks accordingly
  • Formatting and checking all contract documentation ensuring company standards are being met and documents are all proof read
  • Attend team meetings to agree workflows and update manager on any developments
  • Maintain any updates to contract information on in house system
  • Update of risk assessments
  • Distribution of company wide notifications via the intranet
  • Support front of house as required reception duties, i.e. ordering stock, organising post, greeting visitors
  • Support the Commercial Support team in managing workload and completing tasks

Profile

  • Be computer literate and able to pick up new systems effectively
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word/ Powerpoint/ Excel/ Sharepoint
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Live locally to Stevenage
  • Able to communicate effectively and work well within a team
