Are you an HR advisor looking for your next role?


Gleeson Recruitment Group are currently working in partnership with a national organisation to find an HR Advisor to join their team based in Burton-On-trent.

Offering a salary of up to 32k and hybrid working.


As HR Advisor you will be responsible for the management of employee relations cases such as grievances, disiciplinaries, capability and dismissals.

You will also be coaching line managers on ER issues to develop their ER capability and people managementskills.
