We are searching for a dynamic and dedicated individual to join our Management team, providing support to the Manager and Assistant Manager in the operations of the store.
This position will involve lifting 25kg bags of potatoes, so physical fitness is essential.
The ideal candidate must thrive under pressure, collaborate effectively with team members, and be proactive in solo tasks when necessary.
Responsibilities include customer service, store preparation, cooking, occasional store management, shift coordination, and providing coverage for absent team members.
While comprehensive training will be provided, prior experience in supervisory roles or the hospitality industry would be advantageous.
