Job Introduction

The duration of this role will be up to 12 months. This role is available as a secondment to internal staff i line with current council secondment policy.

Additional Information

Your starting salary will be pro rata if the above position is less than 37 hours or term-time only.

Package Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, self-motivated individual to join our Service Finance and Corporate Finance & Resources Team on fixed term basis.

You will be joining a diverse, friendly, and professional finance team. We are operating in an environment of increasing financial complexity and expanding demands for high level advice. The team are working at home for part of the week and also in Hove Town Hall.


This role will provide cover for maternity leave and offers a variety of responsibilities providing key finance support predominantly for the council's Housing Revenue Account.


Fixed term for:
up to 12 months to cover maternity leave
