Estate Agent Senior Sales / Lettings Negotiator / Valuer - Leicester - up to £25k basic + Commission

They are looking for an experienced Estate Agent Sales and Lettings Negotiator / Valuer with local area knowledge and a proven record in business generation and winning new business.

As an Estate Agent Senior Sales / Lettings Negotiator / Valuer you will be responsible for:

Generating new business leads
Carrying out valuations for Sales and Lettings
Building and maintaining relationships with prospective clients
Presenting sales pitches to prospective clients
Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation.
Carrying out viewings and negotiating offers.
Promote features and benefits of the Company's service, e.g. marketing and advertising strength, customer service programme, customer care
