A permanent opportunity as a Tech Team Coordinator a not-for-profit company providing technical services responding to marine pollution.


Tech Team Coordinator Responsibilities:


  • Managing all building facilities and office planning
  • Creating a positive work environment and owning all team morale initiatives
  • Managing the daily running of the office, making sure everything is stocked up, and problemsolving on the spot
  • Maintaining and implementing office policies
  • Managing all company events, offsites, monthly socials, and lunch and learns
  • Being responsible for tracking expenses, invoices, and filing
  • Contributing to and supporting the overall onboarding experience
  • Using the ability to handle confidential information

Tech Team Coordinator Essentials:


  • Minimum 12 months of coordination experience
  • An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
  • Highly organised with a proactive working style
  • Tech savvy being proficient with Microsoft 365 and being able to pick on internal systems quickly
  • Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
  • Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
  • Preferable to have risk assessing experience
