A permanent opportunity as a Tech Team Coordinator a not-for-profit company providing technical services responding to marine pollution.Tech Team Coordinator Responsibilities:
- Managing all building facilities and office planning
- Creating a positive work environment and owning all team morale initiatives
- Managing the daily running of the office, making sure everything is stocked up, and problemsolving on the spot
- Maintaining and implementing office policies
- Managing all company events, offsites, monthly socials, and lunch and learns
- Being responsible for tracking expenses, invoices, and filing
- Contributing to and supporting the overall onboarding experience
- Using the ability to handle confidential information
Tech Team Coordinator Essentials:
- Minimum 12 months of coordination experience
- An excellent communicator, both verbal and written
- Highly organised with a proactive working style
- Tech savvy being proficient with Microsoft 365 and being able to pick on internal systems quickly
- Team player and the ability to offer support outside of main responsibilities
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
- Preferable to have risk assessing experience
