Description

Bouygues Energies & Services currently has an exciting opportunity for a Handyperson to join our Facilities Management team at West Middlesex University Hospital in Isleworth.

This is a permanent full-time position working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm.

The role:

Reporting to the M&E Supervisor
To undertake maintenance of the building, including both PPM and reactive maintenance, and new installation tasks, as directed by the PPM schedule and management using appropriate trade skills
To respond to reactive and emergency faults and conduct reactive maintenance work to ensure compliance with KPI's
Working 40 hours per week from 08:00 to 17:00, Monday to Friday with a requirement to participate in the out of hours on call rota and be able to respond/attend site within one hour of the call.

The person:

Must have painting & decorating knowledge
Experience in building services is preferred; general building and construction understanding is essential
Experience in a Healthcare environment is advantageous
IT Literate
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Must have a good understanding of health and safety best practice; formal training an advantage
