Goodfellows Sales and Lettings Agents are looking to recruit a Lettings File Progressor to join our estate agency branch in North Cheam on a full time, permanent basis.

As a Lettings File Progressor working for Goodfellows you will receive:

£21000 to £25000 basic salary per annum

In the role of a Lettings File Progressor you will:

Be responsible for handling all pre tenancy paperwork from offer to move in
Draft tenancy documentation
Communicate with clients, applicants and tenants
Keep each branch informed of the progress for each tenancy
Ensure ID checks and Right to Rent checks are in place
Ensure the correct certificates are in place prior to move in; including EPC's, Gas Safety Certificates and EICRs
Book check ins
Prepare completion document packages
Comply with all lettings legislation
