About the role:


  • To have responsibility for and ownership of a varied caseload or project to an effective and satisfactory conclusion for clients, ensuring high levels of service delivery, both internally and externally, whilst maintaining management information under the terms of the client service level agreement

About you:


  • Experience handling TPPD & personal injury claims for defendants
  • Proven success in financial outcomes and client satisfaction
  • Strong teamwork skills, coupled with effective written and verbal communication
  • Proficiency in prioritization and multitasking
  • Exceptional attention to detail for thorough information analysis
  • Ability to excel under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Flexibility and adaptability in work approach
  • Business acumen and clientcentric understanding
