Overview

Responsibilities

  • Providing assistance across a wide range of HR services
  • Overseeing the whole recruitment process including advertisement of vacancies, developing job descriptions and preparing materials for interview communicating timeframes to all involved and liaising with hiring managers where appropriate
  • Coordinating the induction and professional development programme
  • Accurately updating records and information
  • Assist with monitoring and reviewing HR policies and procedures
  • Providing adhoc administrative support

Requirements

  • GCSE Maths & English at grade C minimum
  • Experience of working within HR, ideally in education
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and ICT Packages such as Google Workspace
  • Willingness to learn and embrace new systems
  • Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
