Overview
Responsibilities
- Providing assistance across a wide range of HR services
- Overseeing the whole recruitment process including advertisement of vacancies, developing job descriptions and preparing materials for interview communicating timeframes to all involved and liaising with hiring managers where appropriate
- Coordinating the induction and professional development programme
- Accurately updating records and information
- Assist with monitoring and reviewing HR policies and procedures
- Providing adhoc administrative support
Requirements
- GCSE Maths & English at grade C minimum
- Experience of working within HR, ideally in education
- Experience with Microsoft Office and ICT Packages such as Google Workspace
- Willingness to learn and embrace new systems
- Strong organisation skills and attention to detail
