We are looking for a
University Success Coordinator to join our team.


You will support continued strong performance as students transition from KIC London to their chosen University to complete their degree.

The role will focus on areas of stretch and support for those students studying on programmes with particularly high exit requirements.

Areas of particular focus may be identified through Kaplan / University priorities.


This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking to expand their skills and build their career with an industry leader.


What you'll bring to the role
Essential

  • A teaching/academic background.
  • Understanding of Pathways curricula and how we work with our partner universities
  • Demonstrable experience of course development and related materials
Desirable

  • Demonstrable experience of running successful relationships with a host / partner university
  • Proven experience of running successful academic teams to deliver outcomes

The role is based at Kaplan International College London (KIC London), a vibrant university pathways college where students from more than 80 countries come to prepare for entry onto undergraduate or postgraduate courses at one of our 7 prestigious university partners.

Following a recent major refurbishment project, KIC London offers students a beautiful, state-of-the-art study environment, with a range of learning spaces which encourage both collaboration and independence.

Our KIC London team is committed to ensuring our students thrive socially and academically during their studies.

Our college is located next to borough market, two minutes from London Bridge station, offering fantastic views across the Thames to the City of London.
