We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • To assist the department with fuel buying and stock management administration duties
  • Creating, managing and entering data onto systems
  • Ordering, cancelling and reconciling fuel cards for company card and tracks
  • Offering generalist fuel support and administration to the agreed customer
  • Ensure the business use the agreed standard fuel processes and policies
  • Supporting continuous improvement and putting forward suggestions and ideas to benefit the department and team
  • Ensuring Fuel Centre procedures and rules are adhered to as individuals and a team

  • Experience in using systems
  • Desirable
  • Good customer service and team interaction skills
  • Good communication skills (will be working as part of a team)
  • Previous administrative experience in Transport Sector
  • Desirable
  • A passion and experience in offering excellent customer service
  • A good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- previous experience in ordering stock
