We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and hardworking Caretaker to join our successful and happy staff team.
The role of Caretaker is vital in setting high standards around the building and grounds, making them the best they can be for all our school community.
- Take pride in their work, making the school environment the best it can be for every child
- Undertake general maintenance duties to keep the school and site tidy and in good working order; undertake minor decorating around the building
- Work on their own initiative, thinking on their feet, as well as following instructions
- Be proactive in managing the school building and site, including managing the work of contractors
- Support the work of the cleaning team
- Have a current UK driving license
- Play a full part in the life of the school, as part of the whole school team
- Be a role model in their attitude to others and in their conduct around school, showing relentless positivity
- understand the importance of safeguarding in all aspects of school life
Working hours: 7am - 3pm - The School can be flexible, please contact us if you are interested.
