Description

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of the production line
  • Ensure that production targets are met within the specified timeframes
  • Monitor and maintain quality control standards to ensure product consistency
  • Train and supervise line workers to ensure adherence to standard operating procedures
  • Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform basic maintenance tasks
  • Collaborate with other departments to optimize production processes
  • Implement and enforce food safety protocols and regulations
  • Maintain accurate production records and reports Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a similar role or in food production is preferred
  • Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations, including HACCP principles
  • Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and calculating production metrics
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Salary:
£11.79-£12.54 per hour

Expected hours: 42 per week
