Job Type:
Full-Time

We are seeking multiple highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues
  • Maintaining accurate and uptodate customer records
  • Using inhouse systems to process customer requests
  • Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Meeting daily productivity and quality targets

Key Requirements:


  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience with Microsoft packages, with an emphasis on Excel
  • Experience using inhouse systems
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional early or late shifts
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
