We are seeking multiple highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representatives to join our client's team. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for answering customer enquiries and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing timely and effective solutions to customer issues
- Maintaining accurate and uptodate customer records
- Using inhouse systems to process customer requests
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meeting daily productivity and quality targets
Key Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with Microsoft packages, with an emphasis on Excel
- Experience using inhouse systems
- Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional early or late shifts
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
