Over the years, they have grown into a leading force, offering tailored recruitment solutions to their clients, spanning from board-level directors to all trades, labour, and plant operatives.


As a Recruitment Consultant at our client's firm, you will be an integral part of their dynamic team, contributing to the continued success and growth of the company.

The role involves identifying, attracting, and placing top talent within the construction industry.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.

Requirements:


  • Sales personality with the ability to thrive in a fastpaced, targetdriven environment.
  • Desire to grow and progress within the company, potentially evolving into an office manager or consultancy role.
  • Construction industry experience is a plus, especially if coupled with exposure to a whitecollar role.
  • The right attitude, hunger for success, and a passion for making deals happen.

Compensation:


  • Base wage: £20,000 to £24,000
  • OTE (On Target Earnings): Realistic potential to earn £1,000 or more per month in commission within the first year, with many consultants billing before the 3month mark.

Working Hours:


  • 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday

Interviewing Schedule:


  • Immediate interviews are being conducted for positions starting in May, June, or July 2024.

£20,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
