Administration Team Leader - Band 5:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Administration Team Leader within Women, Children & Families have a vacancy for the post of Admin Team Leader, based within the CAMHS Service, at Dudhope Terrace, Dundee and St Leonards Bank Perth.

Challenges include managing a varied and diverse workload and ensuring the provision of a high quality, comprehensive and timely administration support function.

The post holder will line manage all administration staff within the service.

You must evidence ability to work well with others, have excellent interpersonal and communication skills and a well developed organisational ability.

Previous experience in team management and administration support is desirable. This post includes administration support to the Clinical Care Group Manager leading the service.

You will be required to achieve the mandatory Induction Standards for Healthcare Support Workers in Scotland and to comply with the Code of Conduct throughout your employment.
Hours of work are: 37.5 hours
