About the Operational Excellence Team:

The Operational Excellence Team focuses on driving improvement through our DCs to improve our efficiency and quality. Responsible for continuous improvement, the team is critical to supporting HelloFresh to reach its full operational potential.

At the heartof the team is data, using facts and figures to make key decisions and ensure we are always working on the most impacting problems.

What the Operational Excellence BI Manager will be doing:

Taking the lead on analytical workstreams to support Operational Excellence projects, driving improvement in our process
Identifying opportunities for improvement projects, supporting project prioritisation
Building models and forecasts to inform strategic decision making
Be accountable for your own projects, manage communication with stakeholders and assure project delivery on time
Interface with the UK and International BI teams to influence decision making and bridge the gap to operations
Communicate on a regular basis and exchange ideas and best practices with our global teams from around the world
Build pipelines and dashboard to support the operation
Lead and support the BI Analysts in their work, building a world class team

Who the Operational Excellence BI Manager is:
You have the aspiration to become an expert on how Analytics and automation can help the business thrive:

A degree in Engineering, Data science, Mathematics or Economics is favorable
You have experience working in a BI, Insight or Data analyst role
You have handson experience working with SQL, EXCEL and either have experience or are willing to learn to use Tableau and Power BI at an advanced level, experience programming with Python is desirable but not essential
You can manage complex improvement projects and drive change through teams
You are passionate about the ability of data to change a business and how numbers can be transformed into key insights
You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills with both technical and nontechnical individuals

Location:
This is a multi site role being based at any UK Distribution Centre with travel to Derby, Nuneaton and Banbury required

Shift/Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm)

Recruitment process:
First, you will have a phone interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team.

Should you be successful, you will be asked to complete a technical test and, depending on the result, you will be invited for a faceto face interview.
