Lettings Administrator - Birmingham city centre

You will be doing:


  • Administration of property management
  • Handling incoming calls addressing maintenance issues
  • Attending property inspections
  • Maintain records such as and electrical certifications, are updated & fully compliant
  • Maintaining property records in database systems
  • Working with clients for both property rentals and sales in a timely and effective manner
  • Reporting for senior management as and when requested to do so
  • Dealing with lettings progression & drafting initial contracts/relevant paperwork
  • General adhoc administration for departments
  • Going out on viewings and managing registrations
