Job description

We have a number of exciting opportunities available for applicants with suitable experience to join our housing management team as Housing Assistants.

The role - What I'll be doing:

If successful, the main duties of your role will include assisting Housing Officers to undertake the following housing management functions:
Allocations and lettings
Antisocial behaviour casework
Domestic abuse and harassment cases
Safeguarding and tenancy support
Tenancy and estate management
Tenancy changes/mutual exchanges/succession and assignment/left in occupancy
Investigation of tenancy fraud cases

What we're looking for

We are looking for applicants with excellent customer care skills and relevant experience of providing customer facing services in a housing, community, or neighbourhood setting.
