A popular and established British brand is looking for an service advisor to join their busy and successful team.

You will be working with high quality and luxury products worth up to £150,000, and working alongside the best teams in your local area strivingfor perfection, top quality service and developing with the times.

Bored of a lifeless job and want to work in a busy, bubbly environment this must be for you.

What you will be rewarded with:

£28,100 Basic + £5,000 Bonus
5 day working week + 1 in 4 half Saturdays

Day to day as a service advisor:

Meeting and greeting customers
Booking vehicles into the diary in the workshop
Liaising with the team to keep track of vehicles progress and ensuring the vehicle is ready at scheduled time
Carrying out reminder calls to customers for postvisit follow ups and regular maintenance
Sourcing replacement parts to enable vehicle repairs
On occasion helping with the collection and or delivery of customer vehicles
Producing quotations and invoices
