Description
Our Client supports adults who are autistic or have a learning or physical disability or experience mental ill health.

As an independent supported living provider, our client works closely with local commissioning teams and ICB's to support vulnerable adults live in their own home.


Applicants must have a minimum of six months UK experience and experience and experience working with mental health, mental and physical disabilities, complex health needs and autism.

Shifts will include earlies, lates and weekends on a rota basis.
