Description
We are looking for an immediately available accounts assistant to support the finance manager with business accounting activities.

This includes raising, sending and paying invoices, chasing late payments and basic administration tasks so should be on handto answer any queries raised by staff or external clients or providers.

This well established manufacturing and production company based in Peterborough is currently looking for an immediately available accounts assistant to join their friendly finance team.

The company have flexible working hours and is looking for someoneon a temp to perm basis.


Description

Immediately available accounts assistant will:

  • Reconcile bank accounts
  • Process POs
  • Process staff expenses
  • Credit card reconciliations
  • Assist with year end audit
  • Assist with month end
  • Assist Head of Finance with projects
  • Communicate with clients
  • Deal with telephone queries

Profile

Immediately available accounts assistant will have:

  • Previous experience within a finance role
  • Understanding of general accounts
  • MS office experience
  • AAT qualification or currently studying
