Cartier - Accessories Merchandiser

(Fixed Term Contract - 1 Year)

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

You will contribute to the efficient stock management and product allocation of all Accessories, Leather Watch Straps and CRM material, working in close coordination with the Accessories Product Manager, Cartier Operations, Richemont Logistics, External strap suppliers, and the local Retail and Specialist teams.

The role will involve managing the logistics side of the Fragrance business integration, as well as leading specific projects supporting the business such as Leather Straps Pilot for the UK:
new offer implementation and follow-up.

Stock Replenishment to the UK:

Monitor replenishment from supplier in order to:
Reach sales target
Fulfil customer orders on time
Respect the Assortments and ensure correct visibility of the range
Meet the stock objectives, value, and rotation

Stock Allocation within UK boutiques / POS:

Allocate and balance stock between Boutiques and Distribution Channels to ensure that the stock is well balanced and in line with Sales Targets, Assortments and Stock Objectives

Special / Urgent Orders and Stock Enquiries:

Manage all special orders and delivery enquiries:
Follow the timely delivery of all orders with the supplier
Track delays, communicate with the supplier, and update commercial teams as necessary

Boutique Assortments:

Propose and update Boutique stock assortments, in line with Group guidelines and overall Stock objectives

Fragrance Business Integration:

Create and manage the merchandising side, including:
SAP Fragrance on-boarding
Stock assortments & regular replenishment

Sales Forecasts, Range and Novelties:

Work with the Accessories Product Manager to prepare Sales Forecasts, for in range and novelties

Supplier Returns Management:

Manage and propose stock returns as necessary, so as to ensure that the stock is well balanced and aligned with Stock Objectives

2nd choice stock / Under Repair / Dispute Stock:

Manage all 2nd choice / under repair / in dispute stock
Work with the sales teams in order to clear out of range, damaged or nonsaleable stock

Special Sale Management:

Manage all Special Sales

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US?

Proactive, goaloriented and organised with a true understanding of the importance of detail and accuracy of information
Numeric ability and strong computer skills (advanced excel), with experience of working with SAP (preferred) or similar business software
Ability to plan, prioritise and understand significance of actions
Ability to work independently, with a positive "can do" attitude
Flexible with changes and able to keep up with a fastpaced environment
Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills
Strong interest for and good knowledge of the luxury industry
Fluent in written and spoken English
