Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to really make a difference in our Residential Home? We are looking for a dynamic individual who either has a Level 2 or 3 QCF in Health and Social Care or are willing to work towards this qualification.
You will be working closely with the Home Manager and leading the Care Team to ensure quality care is delivered to our residents.
As part of your role, you will be responsible for medication administration, carrying out quality audits, will lead by example and monitor standards.
Your standards will be of the highest calibre and a "can do" attitude is essential.In turn, you will work in a beautiful Home, have ongoing support and training and be part of a journey to improve our Home.
