You will work alongside our Admin & Office management team handling confidential information, distributing incoming posts and assisting with any tasks entrusted to you.

Most importantly we are looking for a team player.

What you'll do:

Sorting and distributing incoming posts on a daily basis.
Providing general administrative support, such as paperwork, data entry, scanning, photocopying, printing.
Managing and organising our filing and record system.
Helping with office admin requests e.g sending out forms/letters
Supporting the office management team with workload and tasks if needed

What you'll need:

Excellent organisation skills, taking full ownership and responsibility of getting things done
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Discretion, sensitivity and confidentiality. Demonstrated ability to listen, analyse and inform appropriately while maintaining the required sensibilities in handling confidential information
Friendly and personable attitude and able to work as part of a team
