About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a talented and motivated learning professional to join a growing and innovative company. We are seeking a team player to contribute to the development of our Client's robust digital learning offer.
What You'll Do:
- Collaborate with the internal learning team to create engaging and interactive eLearning content (e.g., webbased training courses, simulations, videos).
- Manage eLearning projects from concept to completion, adhering to deadlines and budgets.
- Utilize your design expertise and various eLearning authoring tools to create visually appealing and impactful learning experiences.
- Integrate multimedia elements like audio, video, and graphics into eLearning modules.
- Support the training department with ongoing eLearning design and development needs.
- Work independently and collaboratively with stakeholders and the creative team to ensure project success.
Who You Are:
- 2 years relevant experience in L&D design role
- A passionate learning professional with a strong understanding of eLearning development methodologies (e.g., ADDIE model).
- A creative and innovative thinker with a knack for crafting engaging learning experiences.
- Adept at using various eLearning authoring tools (specific tools can be mentioned during interview).
- Possess a strong visual design background and proficiency in design software (mention specific software like Adobe Creative Cloud if desired).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience managing projects with tight deadlines.

Pay:
Up to £28,000.00 per year
Experience:
- working in a L&D design role: 2 years (preferred)
- eLearning development methodologies: 2 years (preferred)
Adobe Illustrator: 2 years (preferred)
