Intelligent Automation, (IA), including the use of software robots, is becoming more prolific as we have to increase the pace, quality, accuracy and scalability of how we manage these data sets and systems of processes.

This increase in demand for IA has enabled our business to grow rapidly, and we now have exciting new opportunities for Senior Consultants to join our Digital team, within our IA team.

We are looking for people who are passionate and driven about helping solve some of the world's most pressing challenges, using a suite of innovative IA solutions in the field of physical and digital infrastructure.


Department Overview


This is a rapidly growing part of our organisation, with a progressive outlook in utilising and bringing to market pioneering IA solutions, keeping T&T at the forefront of our industry.


The Opportunity
***As part of your responsibilities', you will:
  • Fulfil the role of a senior consultant within app development and intelligent automation
  • Strong understanding of automation tools (Power Automate, UI path and similar toolsets)
  • Ability to develop process maps to highlight as is and to be processes
  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings and present to senior leaders within both the internal business and our clients.
  • Develop set up and implementation documentation and functional specifications.
  • Keen to develop upcoming technology and contribute to product development that we will be able to take to market, and own it from there.
  • Contribute to business development activities, such as; bid proposals, attending public events representing Turner & Townsend, Commission business development, and work with the business to build products to take to market.

Qualifications:


Required Skills:


  • Strong technical competence with the full Power Platform suite (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
  • Strong understanding of cloud data storage, processes, and procedures (Azure, Dataverse, AWS, and SQL)
  • Experienced in Business Process Mapping, Process Mining and Analytics.
  • Ability to influence key stakeholders
  • Strongly competent in MS Office suite, i.e.; PowerPoint, Word, Excel etc.

Desired/Beneficial Skills:


  • A good understanding of Robotic Process Automation
  • A good knowledge of process mining and process mapping technology
  • Industry understanding of technology, competitors, clients, industries.

Qualifications

  • Degree or Masters in a STEM discipline (or equivalent)
  • Knowledge and interest in infrastructure projects and industry
  • Interest in digitising Major Projects and Programmes in the infrastructure industry
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies
  • Interest in working with multiple stakeholders to facilitate critical communication.
  • Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
