We are looking for a highly organised person with exceptional interpersonal and line management skills, to lead BLG Mind's reception function across our busy Beckenham and Orpington sites, ensuring that people receive a professional, warm and friendly welcome.

You will have experience of working on reception and of managing staff.

You will need strong administrative skills and the ability to communicate effectively and confidently with a wide range of people, including those seeking support for their mental health.

A flexible can-do attitude and a calm, problem-solving approach are also essential for this role. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you.
